UCC U-turn on conferring fee

UCC management have rowed back on their plans to introduce a conferring fee for students this year.

Introduction of the €65 conferring fee has been deferred to 2010/2011.

The announcement was made on the May 10^th.

UCC Students’ Union say they will continue to campaign against the reintroduction of the charge.
