New gay bar for Galway

A new gay bar has opened in Galway city centre. Dignity Bar opened its doors for the first time on Shop Street on Friday May 7^th. The venue, which offers a late bar from Wednesday to Sunday, was first established in Waterford in July 2008. The bar offers two floors with DJ’s playing “camp cheesy classics and chart music along with drag acts and performances”, according to the venue’s website.
